Cancellation Policy
We understand that things come up! However to protect our business and livelihood we do enforce a cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours you will be charged a 50% service charge of your scheduled service. If you no show an appointment you will be charged for the full service amount and are not allowed to reschedule until this fee has been paid. Thank you for understanding that this is a professional courtesy for us both.
